SHIPPING TIMES
Standard Delivery - 1-5 Days
NEXT DAY DISPATCH
All orders placed before 12pm AEST will be dispatched the next day. This excludes all coffee beans, coffee is roasted fresh to order on Wednesday and dispatched Thursday. If other items are ordered in addition to coffee your order will be held and dispatched together.
All orders are packed and shipped from our Gold Coast based warehouse.
*Please note: All WA orders are currently experiencing delays. This can range from 1-5 extra days than stated above.
SHIPPING COSTS
The shipping cost will vary based off the items ordered and your shipping location. The total shipping cost will be calculated automatically and applied at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS - CUSTOMS DUTY CHARGE
International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Barista Stockhouse cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Barista Stockhouse will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.
